BioLumen's fiber technology was genuinely impressive, but impressive science doesn't raise money. A clear, confident visual story does. I came in to build that story from scratch.

The honest take
Pitch decks are an underrated design problem. The stakes are high, the audience is skeptical, and you have maybe 90 seconds per slide. Every visual decision, colour, hierarchy, chart type, is either earning trust or losing it.
BioLumen's science was ahead of the design. My job was to close that gap fast enough that the story held together before the investors moved on to the next deck in their inbox.
